The Mini Stepper




The Mini Stepper is personal fitness equipment. The mini stepper simulates the motion of going up and down stairs, providing an exceptional work out to your leg muscles and overall cardiovascular system. The Mini Stepper also has the benefit of being small, so it can easily fit in a closet or under a bed. One of the best things about the Mini Stepper is its ease of use. No particular skills are required, and just about anyone can operate the Mini Stepper intuitively.



Go through these brief steps and you are good to perform your fitness exercises on mini stepper. Following are the five steps:

Turn on the Mini Stepper by either stepping on one of the foot pedals, or pressing the "Mode/Reset" button. This is the large button on the display panel, located directly below the digital display screen. Activating the Mini Stepper will turn on the computer inside the unit.

Review the existing options for what will be displayed during your workout. The Mini Stepper has four basic display settings (Time, Count, Calories and Scan). Choosing "Time" will display the total time that the exercise session has been going. Selecting "Count" will show how many steps have been taken. Choosing "Calories" will display an estimate of the number of calories burned, and "Scan" will slowly cycle through time, count and calories displays. Familiarize yourself with these settings, and decide which you would like to use during your workout.

Now set the display for the mode you want to use. Press and hold down the "Mode/Reset" button. An arrow will be featured on the top of the display, and will slowly rotate through the list names of each display setting (Time, Count, Calories and Scan). When the arrow appears next to the setting you want to use, release the "Mode/Reset" button. Your display will now feature the information that relates to this selected setting.

Get up on the foot peddles, and begin stepping. The Mini Stepper has a left and a right foot peddle. Stand with your feet on both peddles. As you push down on one peddle, the other will rise. Make stepping motions simulating a stair climb, pushing against the resistance of the machine. At regular intervals monitor the display to check your progress.

Place the Mini Stepper away after your workout completes. There is no off button to press. The Mini Stepper automatically turns itself off after a period of five minutes with no peddles movement. This feature enhances battery life, and helps you get the most from your Mini Stepper.

 Bored of eating same food every day? Want some change in food taste? Try Asian Diet. The Asian diet is an ancient and honored way of eating. For decades people of the Asian world have eaten a diet based on plant foods such as rice, cereals, wheat, vegetables, and fresh fruits. Unlike Western diets, meat is rarely the main dish of any meal but rather an accent and flavour compliment. Fish is often eaten in main courses. This diet limits fat in general and almost eliminates saturated fat.

There are three major types of Asian diets:

East Asian Food includes China, Japan, and Korea. Rice: Low in fat reduces risk for heart diseases and certain cancers, Fish: Low in sugar, Cereals: Low in fat, Vegetables: Low in sugar, fruits and tea.

Southeast Asian Food includes Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore. Rice and vegetables with meat and fish. Fruits: bananas, mangoes, papayas, coconut, and pineapple. Deserts prepared from coconut milk, green noodles, sugar syrup, and sweet beans.

Southern Asian Food includes Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. Beef, Chicken, Rice, fish, cereals, wheat and vegetables are the primary dietary intakes. Fruits, vegetables and dry fruits are in abundance. Deserts prepared from milk, sweet, sugar syrups are also there.

Asian diet is not calculated and does not include exact portion sizes, but rather guidelines for what should be eaten daily, weekly, and monthly. Rather than prohibitions, the diet suggests balance. The daily calorie content is approximately 1200 to 1400. Fruits and vegetables also provide fiber. Many researchers have shown that sufficient amounts of fiber in the diet may reduce the risk of several forms of cancer including colon cancer, which is the third most prevalent cancer among both men and women in the United States.

It is an exceptionally healthful diet. Asian populations who have access to a sufficient variety of traditional foods are the healthiest and longest lived people on Earth. Several chronic illnesses that plague Western cultures such as heart disease, cancer, and obesity occur rarely in Asian cultures.

Having a fit,sexy and defined muscular body is what many people wanted to have but its hard to achieve without a great amount of determination and effort. The problem in many people in the gym is that they spend a lot of time working out and hitting the weights hard but end up seeing little in the way of muscle on their bodies at the end of it all. Visualize - I now that this may seem a little strange to some of you but this is usually the top tip I give to people when asked how to get muscular. The simple reason is that if you don't have a definite picture in your mind on how you want to look then how can the mind communicate to your body what you want it to do? As soon as your mind has a clear vision of what you want to achieve then you will start to workout with a purpose you never knew possible and you begin to see results you never thought possible.

Diet - I am often shocked to see people drinking cans of fizzy pop and eating bags of potato chips after they have finished working out at the gym. While most people use appetite suppressants to control their diet, others are just so stubborn to avoid their wrong eating habit and the simple fact is that you can workout in the gym every day for the next 6 months and see very little results if you are eating the wrong foods. My advice if you are just starting out would be to start off slow and gradually start to cut junk food out of your diet. After a few weeks you will start to become more disciplined and the wrong type of foods won't even be an option anymore.

Recovery - If you workout too often then the chances of you ever getting the muscular body that you want is not very good. Your muscles need time to rest and recuperate so that they are able to properly repair themselves and grow back bigger. Another important aspect to this is to make sure that you get enough sleep, usually around 8 hours a night. Ensuring that you get a good nights sleep will mean that you will be refreshed enough to attack your workouts with the proper intensity.

Everything can be bad if its too much and when it comes to too much sugar, it can really be bad for any persons health and figure. Yes, it can also contribute to build fats in a human body. You know sugar is bad for you and even worse, sugar often hide in many of the foods you eat every day. Here's why you need to read labels and avoid added sugars.




When I'm talking about sugar, I am not talking about the sugars in fruits and vegetables, those are the "good" sugars. Wow!! “Added sugars” will slow down your digestion, cause overgrowth of bacteria in your colon, make you feel foggy-headed and fatigued, and cause conditions like high cholesterol, acid reflux, acne, type 2 diabetes and obesity.



Sugar plays a big role in contributing fats into our body and if you are eating too much sugar added types of food then you're in a treat for a lot of weight loss methods and techniques becasue of the word obesity. If you gained too much weight simply becasue of too much sugar in your body its time to control your eating habit. Avoiding sugar is as hard as avoiding fatty foods and one way to fight the hunger for sugar is to take an appetite suppressant that will help you control your eating habit.
